Do the prices displayed include tax?
No – all prices displayed do not include VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT at 17.5% is added on at the checkout.

What are your carrier’s delivery hours?
Our carriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only and not bank holidays.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
We endeavour to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time (typically 2 working days where items are in stock at point of distribution and 14 days where items are out of stock).

Do you require a signature on delivery?
Yes, our carriers will require a signature on delivery.

Are your online credit card payment systems secure?
We use a UK based online payment partner, Protx who handle all of our online card transactions in a secure environment using the latest security technology.
